制造资源优化配置环境下用户抉择风险评判模型研究
The Risk Assessment Model of User Choosing in Manufacturing Resources Optimizing Configuration
【摘要】 通过对网络化制造资源优化配置的用户抉择风险因素识别与分析,提出并建立了多因素、多层级风险模糊评判模型;该模型的核心是双维体系结构,即来自用户本身的风险和来自协作企业的风险,它提高了用户选择合作企业过程中风险评判的客观性、可靠性。在此模型框架下,考虑到风险各因素、各层单元对事件影响程度的不确定性,基于模糊评判决策理论,建立了多级风险评判的算法结构,给出了风险评判综合值。最后用实例验证了模型及算法的有效性。
【Abstract】 Based on analysing the risk factors of user choosing in networked ma nufacturing resources optimizing configu-ration,the fuzzy assessment model of risk is constructed,which is a multi-factor and multi-hierarchy’s architectu re.Being double-core system including user risk and collaborator risk,the mod el can promote objectivity and reliability of risk as-sessment in the process of user choosing collaborative enterprises.Because of uncertainty of every fact or or hierarchical cell influencing risk event ,the multi-hierarchical arithme tic structure and risk synthetic value are established based on fuzzy assessment and decision theory under model framework.Finally,the validity of method is verified by an example.
