【摘要】 制造企业结成自组织制造网络,以提高自身的柔性和快速反应能力,应对复杂、多变的混沌环境的挑战。面向事务处理的经典ERP系统,不能有效支持企业在混沌环境下不断变化业务模型及业务模型的持续改进。提出了基于Mul-ti-agent的自组织柔性ERP(SOF-ERP),SOF-ERP不仅是可执行代码的集合,而且是模型与软件组件的集合。基于Multi-agent技术和CORBA规范的组件化SOF-ERP具有分散化、智能化决策与预测能力,实现了软件系统的自适应性修改,提高了系统对环境的适应性和演化能力,解决了异构企业信息集成的兼容性问题,降低ERP实施的复杂性,促进企业向自组织柔性企业的演化。实施案例证明了其可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprises are running at the edge of chaos in the new global economy.In this context,self-organization manufacturing network emerges to create room for more flexibility and reactivity.But the classical ERP,which focuses on transaction processing,cannot efficiently support the ever changing and improving enterprise model in a chaotic environment.This paper presents a self-organization flexible enterprise resource planning(SOF-ERP)based on a multi-agent system and the self-organization theory and will show an approach for the design and development of it.SOF-ERP works as a collection not only of executing codes,but also of the enterprise model and software components.Based on multi -agent and CORBA,SOF -ERP facilitates the management of distributed network manufacturing.It is characterized as the one with the ability of distributed and intelligent decision making and prediction,adaptation to a heterogeneous environment ,and evolvement with a changing environment.As a consequence,the data compatibility problem of heterogeneous enterprise information integration within the supply chain management is solved and the complexity for the implementation of ERP is reduced.This promotes the enterprise to become an adaptive enterprise.At the end of this paper,a case study shows the applicability of SOF-ERP.更多还原
