【摘要】 该文提出一种新的VBR码率控制算法,它从考虑图象整体和局部特性出发,结合视频缓冲检测器的填充情况和实际编码情况,从图象层和宏块层对量化因子进行调整。该算法不需要对视频序列进行预编码,计算复杂度低。仿真结果表明,提出的方法不仅能获得相对稳定的视频质量,对场景切换也有很强的适应性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper provides a variable bit-rate rate control method without pre-analysis and pre-coding.It adjusts the quantizaiton parameter based on the global and local picture information,and Combines with the feedback mechanism to accommodate the buffer constraints.Simulation results show that the proposed method can not only meet the global bit budget and buffer conformance,but also result in a constant picture quality.Additionally,our algorithm also can deal with scene changes perfectly.更多还原
