一种可用于实时控制的改进型遗传算法
An Improved Genetic Algorithm Using for Real-time Control
【摘要】 简单遗传算法难以达到实时控制所需的时间性能要求,由浮点数编码、自动调整算子Pc和Pm、最高位突变交叉、阶梯性的归一化选择方法组成的改进型遗传算法以及使用C++和MATLAB混合编程,能有效地提高遗传算法的性能和效率。对PID控制器参数的寻优仿真试验表明,这种方法将大为改善系统的时间特性,使遗传算法能用于一般的实时控制系统。
【Abstract】 It is difficult for the simple Genetic Algorithm(GA)to meet the demands of the real-time control in time performance.The improved GA consists of the floating-point encoding,the operation of auto regulating Pc and Pm,the cross operation of change the most significant digit,and the normalization select of stair-step iteration.These methods with the mixing programming base on C++and MATLAB can improve the function and efficiency of GA.The simulation results show that it makes much better for the time characteristic of system.The improved GA can apply for the general real-time control system.
