【摘要】 文章提出了一种利用运动信息提取图像中研究对象的算法。当要提取的目标物是运动物体,并且背景的绝大多数均为静止时,该算法适用。考虑到算法的可靠性,分析在不同的背景条件下,颜色模型的选择对试验结果的影响。通过实验表明,该算法具有一定的可靠性,能够满足在一定天气与背景条件下的运动目标物体的提取。更多还原

【Abstract】 An Algorithm on image segmentation of moving objects using background information is presented.The Algo-rithm is adapted when background is still in general and object is moving.All kinds of color model is checked on vari-ous background.It is proved that the algorithm has good adaptability,moving objects and background separating in nor-mal climate and background.更多还原
