【摘要】 目前的项目管理软件大都着眼于项目的整体情况,对项目中各任务之间的资源竞争及由此引起的项目工期延迟缺乏应有的考虑,不能很好地满足现代企业实际管理需要。该文根据实际情况,提出多资源约束条件下的项目管理中任务调度优化方法,解决了资源约束与工期之间的矛盾,并采用组件技术在PDM系统中开发出相应的项目管理模块。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regarding the project on the whole,most current software of project management pay little attention on re-source competition between tasks of a project and postponement aroused,that can not fulfill the need of modern enter-prise management.Through studying the facts,this paper puts forward a optimize method of tasks schedule with multi-constraint of resource,which solves the conflict between time-limit and resource constraint ,and a module of project management has been developed in PDM by adopting COM-technology.更多还原
