【Abstract】 An Ad hoc network is a collection of wireless mobile nodes with dynamically forming topology,limited bandwidth and energy.The desigh of efficient routing protocols is one of the fundamental problems in Mobile Ad hoc Network(MANET).Many different protocols have been proposed in the literature,each one is based on different characteristics and properties.Some of these protoclols have been studied and their performance have been evaluated in detail focusing on aspects such as routing overhead,latency and energy consumption.In this paper we present a performance comparison of the DSR,AODV,TORA and DSDV routing protocols both in routing performance and energy consumption,evaluating how the different approaches and algorithms affect the energy consumption&routing performance in the mobile devices.更多还原
