【Abstract】 With the rapid development of Mobile Communication,the data of planning and designing become bigger and bigger.So it is exigent request to establish the Mobile Planning&Designing Database for collecting and settling data.This paper recommends a MIDAS technique and a method of developing three-tiered database.This method is used for the design of the Mobile Planning&Designing Database.The database improves the efficiency in the design of Mobile Communication.更多还原
