【Abstract】 According the reasons for blurred images by motion,the relation between the original images and the blurred images is built in this paper,based on this,a fast method for restoring images blurred by motion is presented,which is used to restore the blurred vehicle-license-plate image.The experimentation shows that this method could restore the image effectively.更多还原
