【摘要】 针对水幕冷却系统钢板机械性能不能在线检测、控冷钢板品种多样、精确的数学模型难以确定、需要吸收工艺专家的经验知识等复杂特性,系统采用专家系统技术,充分吸收工艺专家的经验和知识,把工艺专家不精确的经验知识进行定量化,进行知识表示,并存储于计算机中。以知识库为基础,运用一定的推理策略,对冷却制度进行设定,以专家的形式对工艺过程进行指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the light of following characteristics of water-curtain cooling system,the unmeasured s teel plate’s mechanical properties on-line,the difficulty of theory analyzing the accurate mathematical model,many kinds of steel plates and the cooling rule setting be requested to adopt technical expertise’s experiences etc.The syste m utilizes ES.Technology through absorbing expertise’s experiences and knowledg e,expressing the indefinite information into the definite,and storing them in the computer.Based on the Knowledge Base,using the reasoning methods,setting the cooling rule,it finally directes the producing process on-line like a expe rtise.更多还原
