基于预测和补偿的4D-MDCT彩色视频编码
4D-MDCT Coding of Color Video Based on Prediction and Compensation
【摘要】 为了提高彩色视频序列的压缩比,提出了一种4D-MDCT(四维矩阵离散余弦变换)彩色视频编码的改进方法。根据四维矩阵理论和四维矩阵离散余弦变换理论,对彩色视频序列进行变换;然后对变换系数应用量化矩阵进行量化。对量化后的系数进行预测和补偿,进一步去除系数之间的相关性。最后对补偿系数进行游程编码和熵编码。实验结果表明,该方法在保持高信噪比的同时,可以获得很高的压缩比。
【Abstract】 This paper presents an improved method of4 D-MDCT(four-dimension matrix DCT)color video coding in order to increase the compression ratio of color video sequence.4D-MDCT is applied to color video s equence according to four-dimension matrix theories and4D-MDCT theories.Then ,the coefficients are quantized by quantization matrix.To get rid of the corre lation between the coefficients further,prediction and compensation are applied to the quantized coefficients.Runlenth coding and entropy coding are used to c ompensatory coefficients at last.Experimental result has proved that the compre ssion ratio can be increased greatly and the high PSNR achieved.
