【摘要】 用X射线衍射方法研究了 (FeCo) 73 5Cu1Nb3 (SiB) 2 2 5非晶合金在不同温度退火的晶化行为及晶格常数的变化。 5 0 0℃退火时 ,在非晶基体中析出α Fe(Si) (bcc)相 ,6 2 0℃退火时仍没有新相出现 ,6 80℃退火后的Fe3 B、Fe2 3B6化合物中含有Si、Nb。α Fe(Si)相的晶格常数 a0 随退火温度的升高先减小后增大 ,在 6 2 0℃时最小为 a0 =0 2 836nm。在退火过程中 ,晶化相的结构不随外加磁场发生变化。热磁曲线表明 :合金淬火非晶态时的Curie温度Tc =330℃ ;α Fe(Si) (bcc)相的晶化温度 Tx =5 16℃ ,Curie温度 Tc =6 4 0℃。

【Abstract】 The crystallization behavior and the lattice parameter of amorphous(FeCo) 73.5 Cu 1Nb 3(SiB) 22.5 alloy were in vestigated by X-ray diffraction when annealed at different temperatures.The phase of α-Fe(Si)(bcc)was precipitated from the amorphous matrix at 500℃.There was no new phase appearing at 620℃.When annealed at 680℃,the precipitated compounds of Fe 3B and Fe 23 B 6 contained Si and Nb.The lattice parameter a 0 of α-Fe(Si)decreased first,then increased with annealing temperature rising.The mininum value was a 0=0.2836nm at 620℃.During annealing process the structure of crystallization phases didn’t change whether a magnetic field was added or not.The thermal magnetic curve indicated that the Curie temperature T c of the alloy as-quenched is 330℃.The crystallization temperature T x of α-Fe(Si)is 516℃ and its Curie temperature T c is 640℃.
