铸锭方式对NdFeB合金铸锭显微结构的影响
Effect of Ingot Ways on Microstructures of NdFeB Alloys
【摘要】 研究了NdFeB合金不同的铸锭方式所获得的显微组织结构特征。研究发现 ,传统工艺获得的炮弹式铸锭晶粒粗大 ,富钕相分布相对集中 ,还有α Fe偏析 ;改进铸模和冷却方式获得的平板铸锭晶粒较小 ,柱状晶明显 ,富Nd相较薄 ,但某些小区域仍有团絮状的富Nd相。与传统工艺铸锭相比 ,组织得到明显的优化 ;快淬工艺得到的NdFeB合金铸片Nd2 Fe14 B柱状晶组织明显 ,细小 ,富Nd相极薄且均匀地分布在Nd2 Fe14 B的周围 ,是制备高磁性能尤其是 (BH) m ≥ 5 0MGOeNdFeB的理想显微组织。
【Abstract】 The microstructure features of NdFeB alloys acquired by different ingot ways have been studied.It is found that the grains of shell-like ingots obtained by using traditional techniques are thick,the distribution of Nd-rich phases is relatively centralized,and there exists partial precipitation of α-Fe.The grains of flat ingots got by improving cast mold and ways of cooling are relatively small,the pillar-like grains are obvious,and the Nd-rich phases are relatively thin,but there are still group floc-like Nd-rich phases in some small regions.Compared with ingots obtained by using traditional techniques,the structures are obviously optimized;The Nd 2Fe 14 B pillar-like grains of NdFeB alloy cast strips acquired by strip casting are obvious,very small,and the Nd-rich phases are uniformly and very thinly distributed around the grains of Nd 2Fe 14 B.They are the ideal microstructure to produce NdFeB magnets of high magnetic performance,especially (BH) m≥50MGOe.
