石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤样品中痕量镉
Determination of Trace Cadmium in Soil Samples by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometric Method
【摘要】 研究了土壤样品中痕量镉的石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定最佳条件以及磷酸二氢铵与硝酸镁作基体改进剂对测定镉的基体改进效应 ,并比较了两种试样分解体系。方法检出限为 0 0 1μg/L ,精密度 (RSD ,n =8)为 3 2 9%~ 7 6 9% ,经国家一级标准物质分析验证 ,结果与标准值符合。
【Abstract】 The optimum conditions for graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric method of measuring trace Cadmium in soil samples are studied in the text, and the authors also study matrix modifier by using ammonium phosphate and magnesium nitrate as matrix modifier for the determination of Cadmium. Two types of sample decomposition systems are contrasted. The method detection limit is 0 01μg/L, precision(RSD,n=8) is 3 29%~7 69%, according as the standard values through analysis and validation of national class A standard substance.
