【Abstract】 The present situation of the management of natural environmental test in the world was introduced. The functions of natural environmental test in different stages of the total life cycle of materiel were analyzed and the conceive of the work flow of the management of natural environmental test was put forward. The related responsibilities of the purchaser, the manufacturer, the T & E organization, and the environmental engineering experts were discussed.
