La对热浸镀渗铝层厚度及耐蚀性的影响

【摘要】 研究稀土La及其加入量对热浸镀渗稀土铝合金层组织及性能的影响。结果表明 ,在相同的工艺条件下 ,与渗纯铝相比 ,加入适量的稀土 (La)元素可使渗铝层厚度提高到 2~ 3倍 ,渗层组织亦发生明显的变化 ,在渗层与基体之间形成了大量的Fe3Al相。渗层的耐腐蚀性得到显著的提高

【Abstract】 The influence of content of rare earth La on the microstructure and corrosion-resistance of hot-dipped aluminizing layer on a low carbon steel was studied. The results show that, under the same technology conditions, the thickness of hot-dipped aluminizing layer by adding the appropriate content of La is about 2~3 times as much as that without rare earth La, and the microstructure of hot-dipped aluminizing layer has also markedly changed, and a great deal of phase Fe 3Al precipitated along the boundary of α phase is observed. The corrosion resistance of the hot-dipped aluminizing layer with rare earth is significantly increased.
