热压变形对灰口铸铁石墨形态的影响

【摘要】 研究了灰口铸铁 (HT15 0 )在 90 0℃大压下量塑性变形后石墨的分布形态 ,结果表明 :随着压下量的增加 ,石墨片逐渐趋于平行分布 ;变形过程中发生了碳的回溶 ,同时伴随着石墨片的断裂 ;石墨片体积分数及片间距随压下量的增加而逐渐减少

【Abstract】 Graphite morphology of gray cast iron under hot deformation was studied by use of Gleeble-3500 simulator at 900℃ and deformation rate 10 -2s -1.The graphite morphology in the deformed cast iron was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscopy (OM).The results show that graphite flakes crack going with the dissolving of carbon and run parallel with each other gradually during the process of hot deformation. The volume fraction of graphite flakes as well as the space between graphite flakes decrease with the increasing of the accumulated reduction. From the results, the regressive equations are established by regressive analysis.
