电沉积-烧结制备Co3O4锂离子电池负极及电性能

【摘要】 采用电沉积 -烧结方法制备Co3O4 锂离子电池负极。X射线衍射XRD分析表明 ,电沉积的物质是Co(OH) 2 相 ,30 0℃烧结后均转变为Co3O4 相。扫描电镜SEM观察发现获得的Co3O4 具有花瓣形貌 ,其花瓣厚度约 2 0nm。在 30 0℃分别烧结 30、4 5、6 0min制备的Co3O4 组装的Co3O4 Li电池 ,在充放电循环中的首次嵌锂比容量分别为 136 1 7、14 5 7 6和 1345 0mAh g,首次脱锂比容量分别为 75 7 7、90 5 0和 794 8mAh g ,10次循环后 ,脱锂比容量分别上升到 815 5、96 9 0和 890 1mAh g。

【Abstract】 The Co 3O 4 negative-electrode for lithium-ion batteries was prepared by electrochemical deposition and sintering processes. XRD analysis illustrates that the essential phase of the electrochemical deposited product is Co(OH) 2, which transforms to Co 3O 4 after sintering at 300℃. From SEM observation, it is found that Co 3O 4 is the image of a leaves morphology with sizes of 20~30 nm in thickness. Co 3O 4/Li batteries were made by Co 3O 4, which was sintered at 300℃ for 30、45 and 60min, respectively. During the first charge-discharge cycle, it is found that the specific capacities of Li ions insertion are 1361.7, 1457.6 and 1345.0 mAh/g and the specific capacities of Li ions extraction are 757.7mAh/g,905.0 mAh/g and 794.8mAh/g, respectively. The specific capacities of discharge increase to 815.5mAh/g,969.0mAh/g and 890.1mAh/g after 10 cycles,respectively.
