【Abstract】 The exploring and developing clue of GIS construction is mainly introduced in the both parts of basic background and developing stage of GIS and GIS business application system. GIS construction is developed from experimentation and local application of preliminary developing stage to practicability, integration and industrialization, and GIS is becomes the tools of national economy and society development and plays important function in all trades.
