【Abstract】 Through a dozen years of efforts, China’s Securities Investment Fund is developing into a definite shape with many attainments in the performance of its function and in the building of its structure. However, some practical problems such as non-standardized operation and similar investment style really make people worry about the implementation of the securities investment system in China’s capital market. The manager i.e. the Securities Investment Fund Management Company should assume primary responsibility for these problems since its behavior plays a substantial role in the fund operation and management. Therefore, analyzing the manager’s behavior and finding the causes behind it will contribute greatly to the strict regulation and proper guidance of the manager’s behavior, which will definitely give impetus to the sound development of China’s securities investment fund.更多还原
