【Abstract】 Ten years have passed since the appearance of China’s credit guarantee business. In recent gears, moreover, there has been a rapid growth of guarantee companies based on civil capital. The present situation of the civil guarantee companies is not optimistic, however, because of the imperfect market mechanism. In view of this, the government should give more support to the civil guarantee companies, and they themselves must increase their operating capacity and enhance their ability against risks.更多还原
