【摘要】 目的　探讨双介入溶栓疗法治疗急性下肢静脉血栓形成的溶栓效果和临床应用中的有关问题。方法　对 2 4例急性下肢静脉血栓形成患者行介入溶栓治疗 ,其中 1 7例行股静脉插管法 ,7例行股动脉插管法。平均尿激酶用量 2 5 0万～ 5 0 0万U。结果　阻塞血管完全开通 1 8例 ,部分开通 3例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率 87.8%。结论　急性下肢静脉血栓形成的双介入疗法效果显著更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of double interventional thrombolysis for treatment of acute venous thrombosis in lower limb and discuss the problems of its clinical use. Methods 24 patients with acute venous occlusive disease associated with thrombus formation were treated by double interventional thrombolysis including 17 cases of femoral venous approach and 7 with femoral artery catheterization. The total dosage of urokinase was from 2 500 000 U to 5 000 000 U. Results All together 24 cases were undengone this proceduce; outcoming with complete thrombolysis in18(75%), partial and noneffective in 3(12.5%) and 3 (12.5%) respectively. The total effective rate was 87.5%. Conclusions Double interventional thrombolysis is highly effective to the patients with acute venous thrombosis.更多还原
