【摘要】 目的 :研究并比较雌激素和 /或血清对血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)中c fos和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达的影响。方法 :分别在有或无他莫昔芬 (TAM) (雌激素受体ER拮抗剂 )预处理的情况下 ,采用免疫细胞化学和图像分析方法 ,研究雌二醇 (E2 )和 /或新生小牛血清 (NCS)对传代大鼠VSMC中的c fos和PCNA蛋白表达的影响。结果 :E2 以及NCS均能上调细胞中c fos和PCNA蛋白的表达 ,TAM能阻断其效应。结论 :雌激素能促进传代VSMC增生 ,ER介导其作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate and compare the effects of estrogen and serum on the expression of c-fos and PCNA in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). Methods: With and without tamoxifen (TAM) (antagonist of estrogen receptor) pretreatment, the effects of estradiol (E 2) and/or newborn calf serum (NCS) on expression of c-fos and PCNA in VSMCs were studied and compared by immunocytochemistry and image analysis. Results: Both E 2 and NCS up-regulated c-fos and PCNA contents in VSMCs, and TAM could block their effects. Conclusion: Estrogen can promote the proliferation of VSMCs, which is mediated by estrogen receptor.更多还原
