电子束CT对家兔动脉粥样硬化钙化的检测

【摘要】 目的 :探讨电子束CT(EBCT)检测的动脉钙化与动脉粥样硬化程度的时程关系。方法 :3 0只家兔随机分成4组 :正常对照组、高脂Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组 ,分别喂养 2、1、3、4月后 ,取上段主动脉作EBCT扫描和病理切片。结果 :随着喂养时间的延长 ,高脂组动物的动脉钙化参数和动脉粥样硬化程度明显加重 (多数P <0 .0 5 ) ,相关分析显示钙化参数与最大内膜厚度及内膜 /中膜厚度比值显著相关 (r在 0 .5 5~ 0 .97之间 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :EBCT检测的钙化参数能够反映动脉粥样硬化的进程

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between arterial calcification detected by electron beam computed tomography (EBCT) and atherosclerotic extent development. Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: control, high cholesterol diet Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ, which were fed for 2, 1 , 3, 4 months respectively. After killing rabbits, their upper segments of aorta (6 cm) were scanned by EBCT and then cut into sections for pathologic morphology study. Results: Along with the experiment, arterial calcification and atherosclerotic extent increased markedly in high cholesterol diet groups (most P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that calcium parameter was significantly associated with the maximum intimal thickness and the ratio of intimal to medial thickness (r is among 0.55 0.97, P<0.05). Conclusion: Calcium parameter detected by EBCT can reflect the progression of atherosclerotic extent.
