【摘要】 目的 :探讨 p5 3、谷胱甘肽 S 转移酶 π(GST π)在乳腺癌表达的病理意义及相互间关系。 方法 :应用免疫组化SP法检测 91例未经抗肿瘤治疗的原发性乳腺癌组织和 1 8例复治乳腺癌中GST π、p5 3蛋白表达。 结果 :( 1 ) p5 3、GST π与肿瘤大小、组织学类型、临床分期、淋巴结转移及是否化疗复治无明显相关。 ( 2 )p5 3与组织学分级有关。( 3 ) p5 3与GST π蛋白表达呈负相关。 结论 :GST π与 p5 3在乳腺癌的表达密切相关 ,GST π可能参与乳腺癌的发病。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the role of glutathione-S-transferase-π(GST-π)and p53 expression in breast cancer and their relationships. Methods:By using immunohistochemical S-P method, the expressions of GST-π and p53 were determined in 91 cases of untreated primary breast cancer and 18 cases of relapsed breast cancer after chemotherapy. Results: (1) No significant difference of GST-π expression was found in relation to the histological type, tumor size, metastasis of lymph node, clinical stage and recurrence after chemotherapy. (2)Significant difference of p53 expression was shown in relation to the histological grade. (3)Positive correlation was found between expressions of GST-π and p53. Conclusion:The results suggest a close association of GST-π and p53 in breast carcinoma. GST-π may play a role in carcinogenesis in the breast.
