CD11c和NLDC-145单克隆抗体标记的阳性细胞的观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨CD11c和NLDC14 5单克隆抗体标记胸腺内何种间质细胞 ,并是否具有特异性。 方法 应用CD11c单克隆抗体及NLDC 14 5单克隆进行标记 ,采用免疫荧光双重染色法及免疫电镜法对胸腺内间质细胞进行观察。 结果 CD11c阳性细胞为指状嵌入突起细胞 (interdigitatingcell,IDC)及少数巨噬细胞。NLDC 14 5阳性细胞为胸腺上皮细胞。 结论 CD11c标记IDC ,NLDC 14 5标记胸腺上皮细胞。胸腺巨噬细胞中存在不同亚群。

【Abstract】 Objective To study what kind of cells in the thymus can be marked by CD11c and NLDC-145 monoclonal antibody. Methods The experiments were done with CD11c and NLDC-145 monoclonal antibody.Immunofluorescence methods and immunohistochemical electro microscope methods were used in the experiments. Results Interdigitating cells(IDC)were marked by the CD11c antibody.A few of positive cells are macrophages.Two kinds of the macrophages were marked respectively by F4/80 and Mac-2 monoclonal antibodies.The epithelial cells of thymus were marked by the NLDC-145 antibody.Conclusion IDC was marked by the CD11c.Epithelial cells of thymus were marked by the NLDC-145.There are subspecies of macrophage in the thymus.
