【摘要】 目的 :分析重睑术后各种并发症产生的原因 ,并探讨二次手术的处理方法。方法 :对 5 8例重睑术后出现的并发症 ,结合手术过程寻找原因 ,并采取相应的方法修复。结果 :5 8例患者在二次手术后均消除了原有并发症 ,取得满意的效果。结论 :重睑术必须根据受术者眼睑的固有条件和审美要求 ,依据不同术式的适应证选择恰当的术式 ,辅以精细的操作 ,才能减少并发症 ,并提高二次手术的成功率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze contributory factors in postoperative double eyelid formations,and find out their treatment and provention.Methods:A summary of all the complications occurring in 58 cases of double eyelid formation was given.On the basis of analyzing all the causative factors,proper repairs were made under second surgical operation.Results:The second operations solved the unsatisfactory problems in the first operations achieved a desired effect.Conclusion:Double eyelid formation operations should be given according to inherent conditions of the operation recipients and double eyelid formation mechanism.Proper treatments should be given after or during the operations,so as to reduce the occurrence of second operations.更多还原
