【摘要】 目的 :探讨阴道镜检查在妇科疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法 :随机抽取 2 6 8例患者的阴道镜检查资料并结合细胞学检查进行回顾性分析。结果 :2 6 8例阴道镜检查结合病理学检查中 ,阳性结果 2 4 0例 (占 89.5 6 % ) ,其中慢性宫颈炎 191例 (79.5 8% ) ,宫颈尖锐湿疣 32例 (13.33% ) ,宫颈不典型增生 6例 (2 .5 0 % ) ,宫颈原位癌 6例 (2 .5 0 % ) ,宫颈浸润癌 4例 (1.6 7% ) ,宫颈结核 1例 (0 .4 2 % )。结论 :阴道镜检查结合细胞学检查为早期宫颈癌和宫颈尖锐湿疣早期阶段的诊断提供了可靠依据 ,对慢性宫颈炎的鉴别诊断有一定临床价值 ,可作为妇科疾病常规检查和宫颈癌普查项目之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the colposcopic examination in gynecologic clinic.Methods:Colposcopy was performed in 268 randomly-chosen women.The results were analyzed and compared with cytohistologic examination.Results:240 of 268 women showed a positive result in colposcopic and pathologyic examination,accounting for 89.55% of the total.79.85% of them were found in association with chronic cervicitis,and 32 patients with cervical condyloma acuminate (13.33%),6 with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(2.50%),4 with invasive carecinoma(1.66%),and 1 with cervical tuberculosis(0.41%).Conclusion:Colposcopy can provide useful information not only for the early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma and condyloma acuminate but for the diferential diagnosis of chronic cervicitis as well.So in gynecologic clinic,colposcopy is recommended as a routine examination and a screening test for cervical carcinoma.更多还原
