【摘要】 目的 :观察有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗胫腓骨远端开放粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法 :使用有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗胫腓骨远端开放粉碎性骨折 2 6例。结果 :随访 4月～ 2 2月 ,平均 10个月。 2 6例均为骨性愈合 ,按Johner-wruh评定标准 ,优 15例 ,良 8例 ,差 3例。功能基本恢复正常。并发伤口感染 2例 ,内固定螺钉松动 2例。结论 :该手术操作简单 ,创伤小 ,复位好 ,固定可靠 ,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the treatment of open comminuted fracture of distal tibia and fibula by limited internal fixation with external fixation apparatus.Methods:26 patients with open comminuted fracture of distal tibia and fibula were treated by limited internal fixation with external fixation apparatus from February 1994 through August 2000.Results:During the follow-up period of 8-22 months with an average of 10 months,the osseous union was found to reach 100%.According to the criteria of Johner and Wruh,there were 15 cases assessed as excellent and 8 as good.Conclusion:The operative procedure is simple and reliable and the functional recovery is satisfactory.更多还原
