【摘要】 实验研究了敌杀死对几种常见海水桡足类的毒性。查明敌杀死对中华哲水蚤24小时半致死浓度为0.036×10-6,全致死浓度为0.07l×10-6;48小时半致死浓度为0.03l×10-6,全致死浓度为0.060×10-6;72小时半致死浓度为0.028×10-6,全致死浓度为0.044×10-6;96小时半致死浓度为0.026×10-6,全致死浓度为0.039×10-6。敌杀死对几种小型桡足类的96小时最低全致死浓度均不超过0.0055×10-6。以0.08×10-6作为该药的使用浓度时.解毒时间为7天。更多还原

【Abstract】 The toxic effects of Decis (deltameth-rin )on several common marine Copepoda were studied through toxicity tests. It was found that the 24-hour LD50 of Decis to Calanus sinicus was 0.036 × 10-6,and LD100, was 0.071 × 10-6;48-hour LD50 was 0.031 × 10-6, and LD100 was 0.060 × 10-6; 72-hour LD50 was 0.028 × 10-6,and LD100 was 0.044 × 10-6;96-hour LD50 was 0.026 × 10-6,and LD100 was 0.039 × 10-6.While,the LD100 of Decis to the tested micro Copepoda were all lower than 0.0055 × 10-6.When take 0.08 × 10-6 as the practical density,the detoxifcation period was 7 days.更多还原
