【摘要】 目的　探讨白莪星注射液对喉癌Hep - 2细胞凋亡的影响。 方法　将白莪星注射液稀释为 10倍、10 2 倍、10 3倍、10 4 倍、10 5倍、10 6 倍 ,加入Hep - 2细胞培养 ,MTT法检测细胞生长情况 ,TUNEL法标记细胞 ,流式细胞仪测定凋亡率。结果　 10 2 倍、10 3倍、10 4 倍的白莪星注射液在第 3天和第 5天可抑制Hep- 2细胞生长。 10 2 倍、10 3倍的白莪星注射液可以促进Hep - 2细胞凋亡 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论　白莪星注射液具有抑制喉癌Hep - 2细胞生长增殖和促进Hep - 2细胞凋亡的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the growth inhibitive effect Bai E Xing Injection to laryngeal carcinoma cell Hep-2,and establish the experimental basis for clinical application and development of new drugs.Methods The preparation of Bai E Xing Injection was diluted into a vary concentration,and incubated with Hep-2.The cells activation was monitored by MTT,and the apoptosis was evaluated by TUNUL.Results The dilution of the injection on 10 2,10 3,10 4 have significant inhibitive effects to the proliferation on Hep-2 cell.In which 10 2×,10 3×,could promote the apoptosis of the cells.Conclusion The Bai E Xing injection can inhibite the proliferation of Hep-2 cells via promoting apoptosis.更多还原
