【摘要】 目的　检测上颌窦鳞癌、上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤及上颌窦炎性粘膜中P2 1 WAF1/CIP1和P2 7KIP1的表达情况 ,分析其表达与上颌窦鳞癌临床病理特性的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学法检测 5 0例上颌窦鳞癌、2 0例上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤、1 0例上颌窦炎性黏膜中P2 1 WAF1/CIP1和P2 7KIP1的表达情况。结果　 (1 )在上颌窦鳞癌、上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤及上颌窦炎性黏膜中 ,P2 1 WAF1/CIP1阳性表达率分别为 80 0 %、6 5 0 %、4 0 0 % (P <0 0 5 ) ;P2 7KIP1阳性表达率分别为 70 0 %、75 0 %、4 0 0 % (P <0 0 5 )。 (2 )P2 1 WAF1/CIP1和P2 7KIP1阳性表达率与上颌窦鳞癌的型别、T分型无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。 (3)P2 1 WAF1/CIP1在高、中和低分化的喉癌中阳性表达率分别为 73 2 % (1 1 / 1 5 )、5 8 9% (1 1 / 1 9)、2 5 0 % (4 / 1 6 ) (P <0 0 5 ) ;P2 7KIP1在高、中和低分化的喉癌中阳性表达率组间比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　在上颌窦炎性黏膜、上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤及上颌窦鳞癌中 ,随病变加重 ,P2 1 WAF1/CIP1、P2 7KIP1阳性表达率呈逐渐降低的趋势更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinicopathlogical significance of the P21WAF1/CIP1and P27KIP1 expression in squamous cell carcinoma of maxillary sinus . Methods The expression of P21 WAF1/CIP1 and P27 KIP1 was examined by immunohistochemistry method in 10 inflammatory mucosa of maxillary sinus , 20inverting papilloma of maxillary sinus and 50 squamous cell carcinoma of maxillary sinus.Results (1) In inflammatory mucosa of maxillary sinus, inverting papilloma of maxillary sinus and squamous cell carcinoma of maxillary sinus , the positive immunostaining rate of P21WAF1/CIP1 protein was 80.0%,65.0%,40.0% respectively(P<0.05) and P27 KIP1 protein was 70.0%,75.0%,40.0% respectively (P<0.05).(2)There was no association betweenthe positive expression xate of P21 WAF1/CIP1 和P27 KIP1 the auel clinical type T stage of carcinoma of maxillary sinus(P<0.05).(3)P21 WAF1/CIP1 positive expression were 73.2%(11/15):58.9%(11/19)|25.0%(4/16)respectively in highly、moderately and poorly eiffertiated carcinomas(P<0 05);but P27 KIP1 positwe expression rate no signipicance difterence arwung tigtly,mcocearcteuy cnte poorly oeifpertiatece carcinomas.Conclusion There was negatine correlatisn between the positive epression rate of P21 WAF1/CIP1 and P27 KIP1 protein decreases.更多还原
