【Abstract】 The similarity and difference of the overseas Chinese businessman and overseas Indian businessman in the management of their companies reflect those in culture, tradition and ethic inherited by the two groups The developing trend of the two ethnic groups in the economic globalization is tightly related with the economic reform of China and India.
