煤的可磨性系数和能量消耗的分析
Study of Coal Erosive Index and Energy Consumptions
【摘要】 实验研究煤的磨损指数 ,确定磨损指数测定方法 ,分析燃用的主要煤源的磨损指数及其他指标的测定结果 ,得出相关性参数方程。分析了制煤系统各种因素对电能耗率的影响。对山东济宁运河发电有限公司的SG4 2 0 / 13.7-M4 17型超高压、一次再热、单锅筒自然循环锅炉的制粉系统实验研究表明 ,采用钢球磨、中间储仓、乏气送粉系统实际运行时 ,为了保证磨煤机的出力和经济性 ,磨煤机电流应控制在80A左右。
【Abstract】 The erosive index and wearing coefficient of coals are investigated,and the main influences on the erosive and wearing index number are studied in the laboratory using the coal measurement method.The empirical relationships of erosive index and wearing coefficient of coals are proposed.The influence of preparing pulverized coal system on electrical energy consumptions is analyzed.In order to keep the capacity and reasonable economic,the experiments shows that the current of pulverized coal mills should be controlled at the about 80 A for a super-pressure of SG420/13.7-M417 with once reheated and single drum of natural circulation boiler,which used the cylindrical ball mill with a bin system and exhaust gas transport system in the Jining Yunhe Power Generation Co.Ltd.
