垃圾焚烧炉空气预热器的节能改造
Retrofit of Air Heater of Municipal Solid Waste for Energy Saving
【摘要】 为了提高垃圾焚烧炉的发电效率 ,将原设计 2 .3MPa、2 70℃过热蒸汽改为采用汽轮机发电后的乏汽 (0 .4 9MPa ,1 5 1℃ )来预热空气 ,使发电效率增加 1 0 % ,每年可获利润近 6 0万元。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the efficiency of power generation of municipal solid waste,low pressure and low temperature steam(0.49MPa,151℃)from the turbine,which has done work,is used to heat the air heater instead of high pressure and high temperature steam(2.3MPa,270℃)from superheater.The power generation efficiency is increased by 10%,and the enterprise can obtain nearly 600000 RMB each year.
