矩阵变换器的四步换流法及硬件实现
The Four-Step Commutation Realized in the Matrix Converter and Its Realization in Hardware
【摘要】 研制矩阵式变换器样机的关键技术之一就是实现双向开关安全换流。本文在介绍了四步换流的拓扑结构及工作原理的基础上 ,利用了Lattice公司制造的在系统可编程逻辑器件———ispLSI10 32E -70L来实现四步换流逻辑电路 ,在Synario软件环境下 ,经过仿真和所研制的样机的实验 ,证明了该方法的正确性
【Abstract】 The key one of the technologies in devising the matrix converter sample is making the four-quadrant switches commutating safely.In this text the Four-Step commutation logical circuit is completed,by using the ispLSI1032E-70L (In-System Programming Logic Device)which be manufactured in Lattice Company,based on introducing the four-step commutation top structure and working theory.Under the Synario environment simulation and sample experiment results are presented to verify the validity of the proposed method.
