【Abstract】 On the basis of summing up and applying the four principles of determining input/output indicator system of data envelopment analysis, a rule to estimate the equipollence and completeness of the indicator system in virtue of the correlation coefficient is givens. It The B-D method transforms the brief index into detailed index and it is used for determining the most moderate indicator system.
