【Abstract】 The 21st century is the era of science and technology , and knowledge competition , even is the one of the talented personnel competition . Rolling out the qualified persons with high quality is the main preliminary promise guarantee of the development of the local economy ,the society and the country . But first of all and even more important is the perspective of the nature of education , and based on this , the clear appreciation of the requirement and training of contemporary university students quality and ability .
