【Abstract】 It is an eternal theme to improve teaching quality in university education. Teaching management is one of the elementary work in securing education quality. This paper is aimed at discussing the construction of teaching secretary team——an important component in university teaching management. Problems appeared in the new situation is being looked into, such as the quality possessed by teaching secretary, stableness and renewal of the team.
