【Abstract】 Field practice is an important part of the teaching plan as well as a significant link chain of the practical teaching. The paper analyzes the status quo of the field practice by the students majoring in food engineering in Jimei University, and puts forward some measures, based on the experiences of practical teaching for many years, on how to improve the field practice effect.更多还原
