声波测井压电陶瓷换能器极化特性分析
ANALYSIS ON THE POLARIZED CHARACTER OF A PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC TRANSDUCER USED IN ACOUSTIC LOG
【摘要】 从声波测井圆管状压电陶瓷换能器的极化方式出发,对径向和切向极化条件下,换能器的主要特性参数进行了计算、对比、分析,指出了极化方式决定换能器机械谐振频率、机电转换系数、静态电容、机械谐振时的接收灵敏度等参数.
【Abstract】 Based on the polarized manner of a cylindrical piezoelectric ceramic transducer, the primary parameters of transducer are calculated and analyzed in the condition of radial polarization and tangent polarization. The results show that the mechanical resonance frequency, mechanical-electrical transition coefficient, static capacitance, receiving sensitive degree, etc depend on the polarized manner.
