声波测井低频声源的理论设计
THE THEORETIC DESIGN FOR LOW FREQUENCY SOUND SOURCE OF SONIC LOGGING
【摘要】 对声波测井中应用的低频压电式换能器的设计理论加以分析,阐明采用弯曲振动模式是降低常规声波测井换能器频率的有效方法,通过对圆面弯曲振动换能器振动方程的求解,给出振动位移和固有频率的计算表达式,按这种理论设计的换能器,能够满足低频和井眼尺寸要求。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the design theory of low - frequency piezoelectricity energy converter in the application of sonic logging, and clarifies that bending vibration mode is an effective method to reduce the energy converter frequency of conventional sonic logging. We also give the calculation expression for vibration displacement and inherent frequency by extracting a root to the vibration equation of circular bending vibration energy converter in the paper. This kind of energy converter can meet the requirements for low frequency and hole size.
