经济型数控系统角度逼近圆弧插补算法
THE ALGORITHM OF ANGLE APPROACHING CIRCULAR INTERPOLATION FOR ECONOMICAL CNC SYSTEM
【摘要】 经济型数控系统是开环控制系统,采用脉冲增量式插补算法,数字积分法是其典型算法之一。传统的DDA圆弧插补算法误差大,使得数控系统的精度较低。角度逼近圆弧插补算法是在插补原理的基础上,利用角度逼近定理进行迭代计算得到插补点的坐标。本算法计算简单,软件实现容易,其位置误差为零,并且没有误差累积。
【Abstract】 Economical CNC system is an open - loop control system and adopts the algorithm of linear pulse incremental interpolation. The digital integral method is one of the typical algorithms. The traditional DDA algorithm of circular interpolation may lead to remarkable errors which make the precision of CNC system poor. On the basis of interpolation theory, the algorithm of angle approaching circular interpolation works out the coordinate of interpolation points by angle approaching theorem. This algorithm is simple and can be realized easily by software. There are no position error and accumulated errors.
