【摘要】 目的探讨血清可溶性细胞粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)和嗜酸性细胞的关系。方法用芬兰WACLAC公司生产的全自动时间分辨荧光免疫分析系统监测正常人及老年性哮喘的变化及其意义。结果老年哮喘组均高于正常对照组,批量测定60例患者,平均数值为2.61±0.5,两组间存在显著差异(P<0.001)。结论联合检测以上两种试验对诊断和治疗有实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) with relation to eosinophil. Method inspect sICAM-1 and its meaning and the change between normal person and agedness asthma patient with the full automatic time distinguish fluorescence immunity analysis system device made in producing with Finnish WACLAC company. Results the data of the group of senium asthma is higher than that of the normal group, batch estimate 60 patients, average value has notable discrepancy for 2.61±0.5 between two groups (P<0.001). Conclusion joint detection of the two indexes have practical value for diagnosing and treating.更多还原
