【摘要】 目的 :探讨婴儿期颅内出血的病因、临床表现及治疗方法 ,强调护理的重要性。方法 :观察婴儿期颅内出血患儿的神志、瞳孔、意识、囟门的变化 ,总结合理应用药物治疗及惊厥的护理体会。结果 :临床治愈 2 0例 ,死亡 2例。出院后随访半年～ 5年 ,1 2例正常 ,6例出现继发性癫 ,2例有轻微智力落后。结论 :早期诊断 ,及时治疗 ,同时加强护理 ,及早发现病情变化 ,可挽救婴儿的生命 ,减少后遗症的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the ethiology, clinical symptoms and treatment of infant intracranial hemorrhage, emphasize the importance of nursing. Method Were the change of sense, pupi, sensation and fontanelles in infant intracranial hemorrhage were observed, therapy and nursing convulsion were made.Results Twenty patients were cured while two were dead. In five years after outpatient, twelve were normal, six were secondary epilepsy, and two were minor mental retardation.Conclusion Early diagnosis, therapy, emphasizing nursing care and Finding change of dieases in time would save the lives of infants and decreased the sequelas.更多还原
