【摘要】 目的 :探讨小儿唇腭裂修复术围手术期的护理干预。方法 :本组 36 5例 (其中 2 72例为“国际微笑行动”资料 ) ,术前 2～ 3h经心理辅导室辅导 ,术毕转入麻醉复苏室监护其呼吸、循环、神经系统至稳定 ,特别注意围手术期并发症的预防。结果 :治愈 344例 ;死亡 2例 ;围手术期并发症导致手术失败 1 9例。结论 :加强小儿唇腭裂修复术围手术期护理至关重要 ,患儿进食困难或多系统发育不全影响手术成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to introduce the experience of the perioperative nursing intervention for repair of cleft lip and palate.Method There were 365 patients in this study including 272 case in International Smiling Action in 1994. Before operation the patients were sent for psychological nursing for 2～3 hours.After operation the patients were sent to recovering room and the respiratory system,circulating system and nervous system were monitored.Results 344 cases were cured and 2 cases died,and 19 cases were failed to be surgically repaired because of perioperative complications.Conclusion The perioperative nursing intervention for repair of cleft lip and palate is very important.Difficult eating and systematic dysplasia are the major reasons for surgical failure.更多还原
