【摘要】 目的:探讨动态脑电图在儿童癫疒间与非癫疒间性发作鉴别诊断中的意义。方法:分析我科动态脑电图室监测到发作的45例患儿。结果:经动态脑电图证实,40例初诊为癫疒间性发作的患儿中,32例(80%)确诊为癫疒间,8例(20%)为非癫疒间性发作;5例初诊为非癫疒间性发作的患儿中,2例(40%)确诊为癫疒间,3例(60%)为非癫疒间性发作。结论:动态脑电图对鉴别癫疒间及非癫疒间性发作有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the significance of AEEG in diagnosis of epilepsy and non-epileptic seizures in children.Meth od To analyse45children with seizures in AEEG monitoring.Results32of 40children(80%)whose episodes were diagnosed as epilep-tic seizures were identified as epilepsy,8of 40children(20%)were identified as non-epileptic seizures.2of 5children(40%)with other seizures were identified as epileptic seizures,3of 5children(60%)were identified as non-epileptic seizures.Conclusion AEEG can be provided with important significant role in diagnosis of epilepsy and non-epileptic seizures.更多还原
