【摘要】 目的:探讨甲状腺良性结节病人手术的方法。方法:回顾总结1995年1月至2002年7月间678例甲状腺良性结节手术的临术资料。结果:术后出现并发症10例,占1.5%。结论:术中操作轻柔,不离断颈前肌群;彻底止血;囊内结扎甲状腺上下极血管,保持甲状腺后被膜完整;有助于减少损伤,降低并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the operative approaches of benign thyroid nodules.Method Review the clinical data of 678cases of surgical operation to benign thyroid nodules from Jan1995to Jul 2002was summed up.Result s10cases (1.5%)Postoperative complication happned.Con clu sion operating carefully,not cuting foreneck muscles,taking hemestasis throughly,ligating vessels at low and up polar,retaining thyroid post-membrane in tegrity in operation can help to reduce damage and decrease complications.更多还原
