【摘要】 目的 :探讨乳果糖保留灌肠治疗肝性脑病的效果及护理措施。方法 :将 96例肝性脑病病人随机分为观察组 4 8例和对照组 4 8例。两组均采用保肝、抗肝昏迷治疗 ;观察组在此基础上加用乳果糖和生理盐水各5 0ml保留灌肠。结果 :观察组总有效率为 83 34% ,对照组 6 2 5 % ;观察组平均清醒时间为 2d ,而对照组 3 5d ;两组比较差异有显著性意义 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :在常规保肝、抗肝昏迷治疗的基础上加用乳果糖保留灌肠治疗重症肝炎合并肝性脑病疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing measures and effects of lactulose enteroclysis in treating the hepatic encephalopathy.Method 96 patients with hepatic encephalopathy were divided into 2 groups randomly,the observed group and the control group(48 cases each group).The patients in each group were given general treatment,the observed group also received lactulose enteroclysis besides general therapy.Results The total effective rate in the observed group was 83.30%.It’shigher than that of in the control group 62.5%(P<0.05).The average awake time were 2 days and 3.5 days respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Lactulose enteroclysis based on the general therapy is an effective method in treating the hepatic encephalopathy induced by severe hepatitis.更多还原
