【摘要】 本文在论述淀粉特性最新研究进展和淀粉在工业上的应用的基础上,根据存在的问题及我国实际情况,提出了今后淀粉的研究方向与发展对策。

【Abstract】 Starch is an important industry material. The research on its properties and application are a lot recently. According to the existing problem and technique, the research direction and development measure were put forward based on the latest research development and its application in industry.
